Shipping Policy

All orders take a standard 1-3 business days to process (not including weekends and holidays) regardless of the shipping method selected. We try to get your order to you as soon as we can.

Deliveries via private courier are completed between 8 a.m and 4 p.m. You or an authorized person MUST be available at your listed delivery address to collect your order within this time. We will always confirm the delivery date and time before we arrive at your delivery location. If you miss your initial delivery and another delivery is requested, you are required to cover the bearer fee for each repeated delivery attempt.

If the incorrect delivery address is provided please contact us at [email protected] with your order number immediately to have us update the information before the item ships. After shipping we are not responsible for the incorrect address.

Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. The item must be returned in order to claim a refund. You are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item via Knutsford Express or Zipmail. If the shipping cost is not covered it will be deducted from the refund total. The item must be returned sealed in order to qualify for a refund. A refund is processed within 3-5 days after the item has been returned. Refunds are processed via bank transfer regardless of the original payment method.

Conditions for returning an item:

  • Items are in their original packaging
  • Items are in their original condition

Items purchased on sale are refunded for the sale price.

If you would like to cancel your order after shipping the order must be returned before a refund can be issued. Please view our refund policy.


Exchanges are granted only in the event an item is returned (e.g. original item was damaged) and you desire the same item to be resent without a refund being processed. We do not cover the shipping fees for returns or exchanges.
