Description
One egg is released each month during a typical cycle. Once an egg is released, it is viable for 24 hours. After this time, the fertile window will be closed. As such, it is important to know when is the best time to conceive. Ovulation may be irregular and as such it is helpful to do a test in each menstrual cycle.
The menstrual cycle begins on the first day of bleeding. Typical ovulation takes place approximately 14 days after this. You should start doing tests around day 11 as the ovulation date may change/vary.
