INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: 

1. Add half cup herbs to a basin with 3-5 cups of boiling water.  

2. Allow to steep for 2-5 minutes. Wait a bit longer if necessary to ensure that it is not so hot that it will scorch your vulva. 

3. Wrap towel around the waist and sit over basin for 20 – 30 minutes. The towel will help to trap the heat. 

4. Find a comfortable position to relax after your steam.
